5 out of 5 stars Fantastic   September 14, 2009

This is a great buy it is easy to hold and sits in the plam of your hand so it's just like stroking your cat. It makes my kitten super soft and he loves it lots and always ends up purring and curling up in my lap when i use it on him.

3 out of 5 stars It's not a wonder brush   June 22, 2010
Zoltan Dai (UK)
This brush is well crafted and feels like a quality bit of kit. The brush is made of fairly soft metal bristles, the ends of which are angled but can be quite sharp if you catch your cat wrong. We have two Persians, one has fair hair and this brush works fairly well, however she doesn't melt into your lap purring when you try brushing her like other reviews suggest - in fact she doesn't really like it. Our other Persian has very thick hair and while he does not really like being brushed with it the brush does work well at getting rid of his knots.

If your cat has fair hair then I would suggest using a plastic bristle brush as it will be smoother on her skin. If your cat has long thick hair then this is good at removing knots but that doesn't mean he'll like it.
After every brush I use a special massage brush to remove loose hairs and turn an kitten that has been aggitated by this product into being one that is once again enjoying my company.

Still this is worth the money and a handy product to have.

Pros: Well made, good knot remover.
Cons: A little hard on fair haired cats, not the wonder brush the other reviews make out.
