 Very, very good book. More useful than any other I've seen April 12, 2001
There is a library at the Vet school in Edinburgh. This was one of the first books to go missing because it had been stolen by someone. Need I say any more?? It is THAT good.

This is of the usual high standard shown by the majority of the BSAVA manuals and is a useful book to have on call for a quick review of an emergency case. However there are now a plethora of cheaper titles available on the market which discuss newer techniques, have more detailed information, and include exotic species. This is not a bad book but would wait for the next edition or look at other similar titles.
